All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

There are no standard shipping charges at checkout unless otherwise stated for a specific product, destination, or special delivery option.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. ZUPHAR is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

LOST OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
